Pick-up & Drop-off

Yes, we will send the driver’s contact number and vehicle plate number a day before your trip.

Our driver will wear an orange polo shirt with the Southwest logo and hold a welcome sign with your name at the arrival area.

The driver will be at the designated arrival area in a complete and proper orange uniform. For large groups, we also send additional staff to provide extra assistance.
